Telephone Town Hall RE: Curtis Park Village tonight, 5/22, at 7pm with City Councilman Jay Schenirer

Telephone Town Hall Re Curtis Park Village 

 

Thursday night, May 22, City Councilman Jay Schenirer will be hosting a live telephone town hall to discuss the Curtis Park Village Project. He will be joined by SCNA Board President Eric Johnson and representatives from several city departments, including planning, parks, development and engineering.

Discussion topics include amendments to the detention basin and park space. The map is available for viewing at:

Announcement: 24th Street Closure between 10th Ave. and Coleman Way beginning 5/5, notice from Builders in Curtis Park Village

Neighborhood Letter from Black Pine Communities in Curtis Park Village

Curtis Park Neighbors,

Beginning the week of May 5, 24th street will be closed during daytime working hours while utility work is

performed in conjunction with site improvements on the two empty parcels located on 24th street

between 10th Ave and Coleman way. The parcels will be worked on one at a time to lessen the impact on

the neighborhood and driving routes. The anticipated duration of the street closures is approximately

two weeks per parcel. Detours will be available to route traffic around the block. We thank you for your
